Film & Talk at the Movie Theatre

Migration Matters

Starting in October 2025, we will launch the “Migration Matters” event series in Berlin cinemas with three themed evenings: an invitation to see, empathize with, and better understand migration from different perspectives through film!

LEAVING – STAYING – RETURNING: The migration stories told in the selected feature films and documentaries, combined with discussions on the respective topics with experts from academia and practice, provide a framework for exchange on important socio-political issues.
